Hot Yoga Flow
Energize, lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the body with a hot yoga flow class. Enjoy a challenging and relaxing yoga class to help strengthen, stretch and detoxify and cleanse muscles and body. This class will focus on fundamental elements of Vinyasa flow, breathing techniques, Sun Sulutation’s and alignment and stability within foundational postures, as well as relaxation techniques that will leave you feeling more cleansed, rejuvenated, restored and balanced.

Short on time? This challenging Yoga Express class will get the body moving and challenge, strengthen and lengthen the body. Applying breath and mindful movement in the short invigorating practice. This class will get you through the day with renewed energy, focus and elevated mood.
Enjoy a still grounding practice of a gentle Yin yoga class. A practice, targeting deeper, connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia of the body. Also, Creating a stronger connection between mind and body.
This class consist of longer held passive floor postures, and is an excellent complement to all styles of yoga, all sports and physical activities. Helps with tight areas of the body, such as hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back to name a few. Will help improve and create space and openness into tight areas of the body.

A gentler healing version of traditional Yin classes. Incorporating principles of restorative yoga, and combining with Yin Yoga for a more supported gentle healing practice. A mix and a blend of the two grounding practices.
Restorative yoga is the practice of asanas/postures each held for longer than postures in other yoga classes, practice with the support of props, such as folded blankets, bolsters blocks to help better align and support and heal the body.
Beginner Yoga Fundamentals
Beginner Yoga is a gentle class with no flows in between postures. A slower paced yoga class with some simple breathing techniques. This is a great place to learn relaxation techniques, beginner, poses, and become more comfortable and familiar with yoga. Also teaching some key foundational poses and foundational alignment within the poses.
Yang & Yin
Enjoy a warm Yoga Flow for the first half of class, that benefits the muscles and gets muscles and gets the body moving. Focusses on breath and strengthening and lengthening the body. Then in the last half of class you’ll move to the floor for a grounding Yin class that benefits the tissues, fascia and joints of the body. Creating a beautifully balanced yoga practice for the mind and body.
