Sophie - Panther Yoga Instructor



Yoga has been a fundamental part of my daily routine for the past 5 years. I am deeply passionate about the transformative benefits it brings to mobility, flexibility, and the stilling of the mind. In my classes, I emphasize meditation and mindfulness, considering them the most impactful aspects of my yoga journey. My curiosity extends to the historical and spiritual dimensions of yoga, and I strive to integrate the limbs of yoga beyond my time on the mat.


Alongside my yoga education, I am pursuing a BSc with a major in nutrition and a minor in physical activity. I take pride in offering a well-rounded perspective on wellness and practical physiology in my classes.


Beyond teaching yoga, I love to play guitar, ride my bike, go rock climbing, and participate in our boxing classes!
