KRISTINA MAGEE
Hello, my name is Kristina Magee. My yoga teaching journey started shortly after I completed my 200 hour YTT yoga teacher training in 2016. I have always had a love for fitness and teaching fitness classes. One day I fell in love with the practice of yoga and everything that came along with it, on and off my mat. I wanted to deepen my knowledge and practice of yoga, to share it with others.
Over the years I’ve continued to learn and grow as a student and as a teacher. I have gone on to take more trainings over the years, in meditation and many other yoga workshops and courses. I have completed and I am certified in Yin yoga levels 1 & 2, Yoga Nidra levels 1 & 2, Restorative yoga, Yoga for Stress and Anxiety and Trauma Informed Yoga, Meditation Training, 200 hour YTT & 300 hour YTT.
I really enjoy teaching and motivating others, it truly brings me joy to thread and weave more light, love, peace and wellness to others. My hope is that students Feel more balanced, at peace, relaxed, refreshed and energized when they leave class and can take at least one thing from their practice that’s meaningful big or small. Hopefully they can take that feeling with them throughout the rest of the day. I hope to see you soon and look forward to meeting you on your mat.
