My dad got me into boxing when I was young because I was being bullied in school, and I’m forever grateful that he did. It gave me a whole new confidence I never knew I had. I still remember that feeling, and I love bringing that feeling out in all my clients, no matter who they are or what their goal is. Boxing can be so good for your self esteem and fitness when taught properly. What better way to workout then to learn how to kick ass in other process? I’m also a firm believer in learning self defense at a young age. It’s the best way to teach self respect and discipline, which you will need for your whole life. I look forward to meeting you!
